Youth employment examination

For young people who have not attained the age of 18 and are beginning a vocational training program or participate in other professional activities, the young employment law requires a medical examination. If the age of 18 years is not yet reached one year after the first year of employment, a follow-up examination must be carried out.

The physical is designed to detect any health problems early on which may arise from the occupation and to take appropriate measures against it.

The cost of youth employment examinations are covered by the trade supervisor authority.
