EEG

If neurological problems occur, such as a suspected seizure disorder, we can perform an EEG (electroencephalogram). Several electrodes are attached to the head which measure the electrical activity of the brain.

The test for possible sensitivity to light, as is common, for example, in epilepsy, we can carry out photo stimulation. A flash produces a bright light with 5-30 flashes per second with pauses in between. The occurring changes in the brain waves during this time allow appropriate diagnostic conclusions to be made.
